Service Description
It really does take a village, how any bride or groom manages it on her/his own (because lets face it the other party isn't that much help most of time) is beyond belief. Our D-Day Of - Coordination package makes sure the village is put to work, well the Goldie Bloom village anyway. In the lead up to and on the day of your wedding our team will be talking with your vendors/suppliers (that you have organised (or your planner has organised) prior). We will be confirming that they have all of the correct details and are on track, answering any questions they may have from what time is the couple having their first dance to where do I set up the champage tower, we will handle it. Once we are confident as much as what can be done has been done, we will be record all of the infornation for you, put it all together and we will finalise your run sheet. There will be guests with last minute questions and guests who lose their way and are lost...we deal with them so you don't have to and your family doesn't have to either! (the last thing that you want to be dealing with on such a day!) We will set up your wedding reception tables and on request we will set up other areas that may require decorating using your pre-organised styling items. There is no obligation to hire items through us, we are happy to set up items you may have sourced from other hire businesses. This service also includes the pack up of your styling items and safe storage or pre-organised one stop drop if it makes sense logistically. Our goal is to make your day as stress free as possible and how we do that is not only in the exection of the day but in the pre-planning. There is key information only you hold so we will be sure to get to know all of the little bits and pieces to the big pieces prior to the day.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings once confirmed as available by Goldie Bloom Events & Floral require a non-refundable 25% deposit. For clients hiring items, this deposit ensures that your item/s are available for your event date. For clients utilising us for on the day services / labour, this deposit ensures our availability and any items you may have hired. Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event. Once this has been paid there are no refunds as a lot of the planning and/or pre-work has been done. There are no exceptions.
